The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the Rosslyn Metro and friendly hospitality. The rooms were adequate but starting to show signs of age. The service was hit-or-miss, with accommodating staff but also instances of negligence. The dining options had some highlights but lacked variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious, and having 2 bathrooms was a definite plus, but the cleanliness was a letdown, especially with housekeeping forgetting to remove the trash under the sink. The dining room felt just like a 5-star hotel. The service was extremely helpful, but the lack of cleanliness was a downside. The location was convenient, fairly close to the metro and an inexpensive taxi ride to Georgetown, with easy access to various shops. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with many different options available, but some aspects were not up to expectations.
I loved the convenience of the hotel's location, making it easy to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although there was a smell of fried fish and housekeeping missed removing the trash under the sink. The service was a mix with some staff looking at their phones rather than being attentive, but others were great, especially for business travelers and those in transit. The dining was exceptional with a good variety and options for health-conscious guests. I enjoyed the evening mixers too. The facilities were good overall.
